What Happens?

After purchasing the Bronze Nutritional Action Plan from Gym Gair, we will email you a questionnaire to complete.  Once this is complete, we will pick a suitable time for a consultation – whether it is at our gym in Scalloway or via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime.

• 60-Minute Consultation
• 1 Inbody scan, which can provide us with more detail, enabling us to accurately programme accordingly.
