ZE RUN MAY RACES 2023

There was plenty of racing in May, culminating with the EMF last weekend.  Michelle had a great run in the Scottish National 10K road race, securing the bronze medal for her efforts.  She was also the quickest female in our Spring 10k. Other age group winners were Mary, Neil and Russell.

Jaclyn ran her first marathon in Edinburgh, completing it in a great time with a big smile on her face.  The 1/2 marathon saw debut runs for Jodie and Nicola, both saying how much they’d enjoyed the atmosphere.  The half also saw personal bests recorded by Julie, Leanne, Mary, Natalie and Ross. Mary’s time is a new club record for ZE Run, while Leanne recorded PBs for the 5 and 10k all in May too!

The racing continues in June with lots more races including the Simmer Dim half.
