What Happens?

After purchasing the Silver Nutritional Action Plan from Gym Gair, you will receive the questionnaire to download.  Please complete & return the form to us at gymgair@outlook.com.  After which, we will pick a suitable time for a consultation – whether it is at our gym in Scalloway or via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime.
